Shipping Policy

Our customer service team is committed to shipping your delivery as quickly and at a pocket friendly rate. We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.50 for orders below $89 and free shipping for orders exceeding $89 within the US including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. All orders are sent through USPS unless otherwise specified during checkout. We endeavor to dispatch all deliveries from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders placed before 12 pm, PST will not be shipped until the next day.
 

Note: All orders including those over $89, going to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges depending on the weight of the package.

If an order gets marked as delivered without being received, the customer may choose to file a claim with the appropriate shipping service to receive reimbursements for the order.

USPS: Orders placed later than 12 PM PST on Friday are slated to ship the following Monday.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items for return must be returned unopened within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that we are not liable to issue refunds for opened items.

For opened items returned within 30 days from the invoice date, you will get a partial refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit available for that product. * For instance, if you purchase a 50-gram bag of Salmon Ovary Peptide Powder and wish to return it after opening, you will receive a refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit we offer for the product. Shipping charges and applied discounts are non-refundable.

*Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy, and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. However, orders returned unaltered will receive a full refund (shipping excluded).

DAMAGED OR WRONG GOODS

On some occasions, there might arise circumstances beyond our control which may result in damage to products during shipping. Please endeavor to contact our customer support for assistance should that be the case with your shipment. Do not discard your packing slip or dispose of the product, as you may be required to contact your shipper with a claim (may include photographic proof of damage or evidence of any missing items) for reimbursement for the damaged goods. If you receive the wrong items, please do not open the product and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within seven business days of receiving the delivery.
