Shipping Policy

We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.50 on orders under $89, and free shipping on orders of $89 or more, anywhere in the US including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All orders ship via USPS unless another option is selected at checkout.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday ship the following Monday.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may incur an additional charge depending on package weight, regardless of order total.

If a package is marked delivered but never received, please contact us — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. We're unable to issue refunds for opened items, with one exception: an opened item returned within 30 days will receive a partial refund reflecting the smallest available unit price, minus shipping.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges and any applied discounts are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the product and packing slip and contact customer service — you may be asked to provide photos for a carrier claim.

If you receive the wrong item, please don't open it — contact customer service within 7 business days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange.
