Most supplement labels are
written to impress you.
Ours is written to inform you.
Vital Extend is a Miami wellness company built on one stubborn rule: an ingredient only ships if it works at the dose the research actually used. Every active, every milligram, printed in full. No proprietary blends, no filler botanicals, nothing on the panel for decoration.

It started with a label that did not add up
Anyone who has read a supplement label carefully knows the feeling. Ten impressive-sounding ingredients on the front. A closer look at the panel, and most of them are present at a fraction of the amount used in the studies the marketing is implying. Technically truthful. Practically useless.
So we built the opposite kind of company - one where every ingredient decision is a health decision first and a margin decision second. In practice that means sourcing directly rather than through blenders, disclosing every active with its exact dose, and refusing proprietary blends outright: the industry convention that exists mostly to obscure how little of something you are actually buying.
It also means being willing to cut our own work. When we audited the original Good Night formula against the clinical literature, four ingredients did not survive - they sat at doses that could not plausibly do anything. Removing them made the label shorter and the product better. We would rather ship five honest ingredients than ten decorative ones.
We are a small team, not a supplement conglomerate, and we intend to stay that way. It is the only way every product carrying our name gets vetted by the people who actually take it.

Four things we will not do, however well they sell
Every one of these is standard practice somewhere in this industry. Each is also a shortcut we have turned down - and knowing which shortcuts a brand refuses tells you more than any claim on the front of the bottle.
We will not use proprietary blends
A proprietary blend lets a brand list ten ingredients while disclosing only the combined weight. It exists to hide how little of the expensive ones you are getting. If you cannot see the milligrams, assume there is a reason.
We will not fairy-dust a label
Fairy dusting is adding a trace of a well-known ingredient so it can appear on the panel. We audited our own first formula against the literature and cut four ingredients that were doing exactly this.
We will not swap in a cheaper extract
Clinical evidence attaches to a specific standardised extract, not to the plant it came from. Where research supports a branded ingredient, we buy that ingredient by name and pay for it.
We will not sell you more products than you need
One product, done properly, beats a catalogue of near-duplicates. We add a formula only when there is a real gap we can fill better than what already exists.
How we got here
Vital Extend is founded
Started in Miami on a single conviction: the supplement aisle was full of impressive labels and unimpressive doses, and there was room for a company willing to do the opposite.
Good Night launches
Our first sleep formula reached customers and sold through its entire production run - teaching us as much about what to change as about what to keep.
Good Night 2.0
A ground-up reformulation. Four ingredients came out for sitting at doses too low to act. What went back in was built around a clinically studied milk peptide paired with L-theanine at the dose the two were trialled together - all in one capsule.
What we hold ourselves to
Quality
Quality means safe, effective and trustworthy every single time - not most of the time. Every formulation passes supplier qualification, ingredient sourcing review and third-party testing before production is approved. Where a clinically studied branded extract exists, we specify it by name rather than substituting a cheaper generic, because the evidence attaches to that specific extract.
People
People make things happen here. Our team finds better ingredients, tightens our processes and answers customers directly. We built this company on integrity, respect, and the belief that how we treat people matters as much as what we sell them - which is why support is staffed by people who actually know the formulas.
Customer Service
Real relationships, not ticket queues. Email us about an ingredient, a dose or an order and a person who knows the product answers. Your experience with Vital Extend does not end at checkout - that is where it starts.
Ask us anything about what is in the bottle
Vital Extend is run by a small group in Miami working alongside external formulators, contract manufacturers operating to GMP standards, and independent laboratories who test what we make. We keep the core team deliberately small and bring in specialist expertise where it genuinely improves the product, rather than building departments that need justifying.
Want to know who formulated something, where it was made, or exactly what it was tested for? Ask. We will tell you - and we will tell you in milligrams.
